Your Dashboard shows a real-time view of your balance and you can see aggregated click data. Your balance is made available to you in your Wallet and you are able to easily add funds directly from there.The Campaign pages show your budget allocation and amount spent on a campaign-by-campaign basis.The Newsletter Dashboard shows how much commission you have earnt from running ads in your email newsletter.
Once you have logged in, please go to your Settings page and add your PayPal/bank details there. We will be unable to process any payouts and your withdrawals will be delayed until the following month, if your details have not been added.
We are fully GDPR compliant and will respect your wish to delete data and close your account. Please email hello@postapex.com if you need support in doing this.
We support both PayPal and bank transfer for all payouts. We support USD (ACH), GBP (FPS), EUR (SEPA) and other currencies (IBAN) for bank transfers.
Please go to your Settings page to add your payout details. If you set both PayPal and bank transfer, bank transfer will be used as the primary payout method as fees are lower than for PayPal.
We encrypt all your bank details. After your information has been set, you will need to contact support@postapex.com to change it.
As a platform we have a variable spread between the CPC price and commission rate that ranges between 0.05 and 0.3 per dollar.
The wallet shows all of your transactions, including commission, payouts, withdrawal requests, funds added and campaign purchases. It is a ledger system that shows all of your transactions in a centralised place.

PostApex is completely free to use for advertisers and publishers. There are no fees to creating campaigns, adding your newsletter or using any of the tools on our platform. Please see our pricing page for more information.
All withdrawal requests are processed on the 7th working day of each month. Most payments settle instantly, but in some occasions, please allow 24 hour for the payment to be made available in your bank account.
Withdrawal requests are made from your PostApex account for funds in your wallet, to your bank account or PayPal account.
If you have $50 in your wallet, you can submit a withdrawal request by pressing the blue button in the top right corner of the dashboard to initiate a withdrawal.
All withdrawals are processed on the 7th working day of the month.
Please note that a minimum $25 USD balance is needed to make a withdrawal request.
We currently support Stripe (debit/credit cards) natively on the website. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we can send you an invoice.

In order for us to manage our liquidity, payouts are made on a net-30 basis. This means that commission earned in the month of January for example, will be paid out on the 7th working day in March.
You must have a minimum balance of 25 USD to make a withdrawal.
